      Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the year 2008 was schedule to be held on September 27, 2008 and it was decided to close the share transfer books from September 23, 2008 to September 27, 2008. But due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 01, 2008 decided to postpone the AGM. Accordingly the company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Chennai for extension of time to hold the AGM. The Registrar of Companies vide their letter dated September 05, 2008 have granted the extension upto December 31, 2008. Schedule for the postponed meeting is yet to be decided. However the book closure will remain the same from September 23, 2008 to September 27, 2008 , for the purpose of Annual Book Closure.
