In a meeting of the Committee of Directors of the Company held on February 02, 2012, a decision has been taken to fix February 25, 2012 as "Record Date" to enable the Company to identify the various eligible members and to compute Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2011-12 for each one of them, in case the Board in its meeting to be held on February 14, 2012 accords its approvals for declaration of the interim dividend.

The Committee of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. on 1st January, 2007 has also decided to fix Tuesday the 23rd January, 2007 as the RECORD DATE to enable the Company to make payments of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007, if the Board in its aforesaid meeting declares the said Interim Dividend. In such a situation the said Dividend would be payable from 2nd February, 2007 to all such members whose names are born on the Register of Members of the Company and to all the beneficial owners of the shares of the Company as per the list, which shall then be furnished by the Depository in respect of the shares held in electronic form as on the so fixed Record Date i.e. 23rd January, 2007
