Further, the Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held on September 20, 2013. The Company has now informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors of the company passed a circulation resolution on July 12, 2013 for change in the book closure date. Accordingly, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2013 to September 02, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend. Further, the date of the Annual General Meeting and dividend rate remains same i.e. September 20, 2013. and Re.1 per share respectively."
