The Company has received the Scrutiniser's Report from Mr. Dinesh Deora, a Practicing Company Secretary, whom the board has appointed as Scrutiniser, with regard to passing of resolution for alteration of object clause of Memorandum of Association by means of Postal Ballot in terms of Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001.
