With regards to SEBI Circular vide no. CIR/CFD/DIL/7/2013 dated May 13, 2013 amending Equity Listing Agreement and SEBI (Employee Stock Option Schemes and Employee Stock Purchase Schemes) Guidelines, 1999, the Company's existing non-ESOP employee benefit scheme under name Pratibha ESOS 2010, is discontinued as per the direction by SEBI. Accordingly in compliance thereof, Trust has disposed off the shareholding of 2,37,000 equity share (Two Lakh thirty seven thousand) in the Company.27 Dec · Disclosure
