Approval of the shareholders by Ordinary Resolution was sought by Postal ballot for the proposal to mortgage and / or charging all or any of the immovable and moveable properties of the Company. Based on Scrutinizers report, Mr. Sharat Chand Jain, Vice Chairman of the Company has announced the result of the Postal Ballot resolution on January 27, 2009 and the same has been duly carried.
