      Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting has declared the effective date for the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with IT People (India) Limited to be December 5, 2008. The Board has approved on December 30, 2008 as the Record Date for ascertaining the entitlement of the issue and allotment of the equity shares by IT People (India) Limited to the shareholders of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the scheme.
