  This is with reference to the Company s letter dated 23rd March, 2020 informing you about suspension of operations at the Company s various locations in light of the COVID 19 pandemic. We now write to inform you that taking cognizance of the Governments views around resuming manufacturing activities with controlled entry and exit facilities, and in strict compliance of the guidelines issued by the Government and the local authorities, we are in the process of partially resuming our operations at our plants in Karnataka and Maharashtra, after obtaining necessary permissions, as required, from the concerned authorities. The Telangana Government has decided not to ease the lockdown and therefore our plant in Telangana continues to be locked down.The partial resumption of activity is being done, keeping in mind social distancing norms, safety, health and well-being of the workers and employees at the locations and the SOPs issued by the State Government.   In the light of the declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic, the Company has been taking appropriate measures in its operations to safeguard against any risk of proliferation. Critical response teams have been set up across our organisation while mandating the adherence to social distancing, minimal contact, working from home and a ban on travel until circumstances permit.As a step in this direction and respecting the guidelines of both the Central and State Governments, the Company has taken steps to suspend production at all its locations till further notice. However, as the situation remains dynamic, we are on a continuous monitoring regime to take further decisions on the duration, subject to ongoing Government guidelines and policies.
