As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2014 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 23, 2014 till November 6, 2014 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
