      Nu Tek India Limited had informed the Exchange that the dividend warrants are being dispatched to the shareholders of the Company and the same shall be payable at PAR to all branches of the State Bank of India throughout the Country with effect from September 06, 2009. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the dividend warrants are being dispatched to the shareholders of the Company and the same shall be payable at PAR to all branches of the State Bank of India throughout the Country with effect from October 06, 2009.

      Shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on September 09, 2009 have declared dividend @ Rs. One per Equity Share paid up and subscribed. Further, the amount of dividend has been transferred by the Company in a separate bank account namely Nu Tek India Limited Dividend cum Unpaid Dividend Account, 2009 maintained with State Bank of India, Overseas Branch, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai on September 12, 2009. The dividend warrants are being dispatched to the shareholders of the Company and the same shall be payable at PAR to all branches of the State Bank of India throughout the Country with effect from September 06, 2009.
