Exchange has sought clarification from Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. with respect to recent news item captioned " Narayana Hrudayalaya in advanced talks to buy Panacea Biotec s Gurgaon hospital." In this regard, Exchange have advised the Company to provide clarification/confirmation on the news item in detail including the following: a) Whether such negotiations were taking place and b) Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading. The response from the company is awaited.

Exchange has sought clarification from Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. with respect to announcement dated 09-Nov-2016, regarding "Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of M/s Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (NHL) has approved cessation of operations at its Berhampore unit.".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Date of such binding agreement, if any, entered for sale of such unit/division, if any2. Amount & percentage of turnover or revenue or income and net worth of the listed entity contributed by such unit or division during the last financial year;3. Date of closure or estimated time of closure;The response of the Company is awaited.
