Dr. Singla has done Ph.D in Statistics and presently he is working as Professor in Department of Business Management, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana. He has 34 years experience of teaching in Statistics/ Management education. He has also published books Operations Research MS-51 at IGNOU consisting of 6 blocks each of 2-4 units and Quantitative techniques. Further the Company has informed that Mr. Krishan Paul s/o Sh. Naresh Dutt who is a qualified Company Secretary under the Companies Act, 1956 has been appointed as Deputy Company Secretary and shall be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
