Vide Notes to Accounts in respect of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2013 (approved by the Board of Directors on 12th February 2014) as folllows: "The Company has acquired 49% stake in MindaFurukawa Electric Private Limited (MFE) w.e.f 1st Feb 2014 for a consideration of Rs.4224.21 lacs.
