  Meghmani Organics Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Member and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from June 23, 2012 to June 27, 2012 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive Notice/Annual Report for Annual General Meeting to be held on July 30, 2012 and dividend of Rs. 0.10 Paise (10%) per Equity share of Rs. 1/-each for the year ended on March 31, 2012 if sanctioned, at the said Meeting.
