Rating Committee of ICRA Limited, after due consideration, has upgraded the long-term Credit Rating of the Company from "[ICRA]AA" to "[ICRA]AA+" signifying that the outlook of the long-term rating is stable. Further, the Rating Committee of ICRA has reaffirmed the short-term rating at [ICRA]A1+. The aforesaid ratings are valid till July 31, 2014.
