That the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on 29th October 2007, has decided to re-constitute the Board as per following details:(1) Mr. Jagdish Khattar, the present Managing Director will retire 18th December 2007 on attaining the age of 65, in accordance with company rules. (2) Mr. Shinzo Nakanishi who is currently Non-executive Chairman of Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Senior Managing Executive officer in Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), will succeed Mr. Khattar as Managing Director with effect from l9th December 2007.
