Clarification by Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited Significant price movement has been observed in Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, With reference to your email message dated March 25, 2020 bearing letter Ref. No.: NSE/ CM/Surveillance/9160 dated March 25, 2020, regarding Movement in Price in securities of the Company, we hereby submit that apart from the information on various matters shared with investors from time to time, there is no further information/announcement which we have to share with our investors which could have any bearing on the behaviour of price/volume in the scrip of the Company.
