Exchange has sought clarification from Madhav Marbles and Granites Limited with respect to announcement dated 12-Oct-2017, regarding "We hereby inform that the Company's workers at Granite and Stone Division, Salem, Tamilnadu, went on illegal strike on October 10, 2017 at 3.00 P.M. The concerned Labour department and police officials had already been informed. The Company shall intimate the date of resumption of work once the strike is over. Kindly take the above information on record.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Factory/unit where the strike/lock out takes place including reasons for such strike.2. Estimated impact on the production/operations in case of strikes/lock outs;3.
