      Maars Software International Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held as on 19th December 2007 approved interalia the following: 1) Approved the proposal to enter into Joint Venture for infrastructure development across India for developing residential and commercial complex estimated project cost of the same is about Rs.2000 Crores; 2) Approved the proposal related to Setting up of Subsidiary company in the name and style of MAARS International Private Ltd to foray into Media, Entertainment and Film Distribution business with total project outlay of approximately upto Rs.100 Crores; 3) Approved the alteration / addition in the Object clause of Memorandum of Association of the company to facilitate the company to do the above business; 4) Considered and discussed the possibilities of Investment schemes in various other business areas".
