(4) Took note of resignation of Mr. Komesh Rohira from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f 7th March 2007. (5) Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Pavithran as Managing Director for a Period of 3 years w.e.f 7th March 2007, subject to approval of Members. Mr. Parag Sanghavi - Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company on February 28, 2007. The company has further informed the Exchange that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is convened on March 07, 2007 to interalia consider the acceptance of resignation of Mr. Parag Sanghavi, appointment of Mr. Rajesh Pavitharan, Chief Operating Officer-Television as New Managing Director and Mr. Amar Panghal, Chief Financial Officer as Additional Director of the Company.
