15,00,000 warrants were allotted on preferential basis under SEBI (issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2009 on January 16, 2010; 10,00,000 Warrants to NCG Enterprises Limited and 5,00,000 warrants to OL Lifesciences Limited.
