Exchange has sought clarification from Inox Wind Limited with respect to announcement dated 02-Sep-2016, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on September 02, 2016 have, inter-alia, taken the following decisions: 1. Shri V. Sankaranarayanan has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from September 02, 2016 to fill the causal vacancy of Dr. S. Rama Iyer who resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2016. 2. Shri Deepak Banga has been appointed as Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 02, 2016 in place of Shri Kalyan Ghosh, who was appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company. ".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Brief profile (in case of appointment);2. Dsclosure of relationships between directors (in case of appointment of a director).The response of the Company is awaited.
