Pursuant to Orders dated March 12, 2013 read with March 20, 2013 & May 10, 2013 passed by the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court and the Hon'ble Bombay High Court respectively, the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation (Scheme) between Fame India Limited and its subsidiaries, viz.. High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on March 12, 2013 has approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) of Fame India Limited (Transferor Company 1), Fame Motion Pictures Limited (Transferor Company 2), Big Pictures Hospitality Services Private Limited (Transferor Company 3) and Head Strong Films Private Limited (Transferor Company 4) with Inox Leisure Limited (Transferee Company) subject to approval of Bombay High Court where the Petitions for approval of the Scheme will be filed for Transferor Companies 1 to 4.
