Company has received an executed copy of the sanctioning order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated December 09, 2011 approving the Scheme of arrangement between Network18 Media & Investments Limited and Infomedia 18 Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. A certified copy of the Order is awaited. The Effective Date of the Scheme will be the date on which the said certified copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court is filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana in accordance with applicable law.

Both Infomedia (Infomedia 18 Limited) and I-Ven (I-Ven Interactive Limited), have filed the Order dated July 24, 2009 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay ("Court"), with the Registrar of Companies, Bombay ("RoC") on August 25, 2009.
