As follows: "Precision Infomatic (Madras) Pvt. Ltd., a Company in which we hold 51% equity, have informed us that they have taken a decision to roll back our holding from 51% to 24%. The meeting had been convened by them without adequate notice and also full of legal lacunae. We have issued a rebuttal to their action and intend taking appropriate legal steps against them.
