(2) Sub-division of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.2/- each. (3) Issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1 bonus equity share for every 2 existing equity shares held in the Company. Dispatch of bonus shares would be completed on or before May 27, 2012.
