India Cements Limited had informed the Exchange that it had been decided to close the Share Transfer Books & Register of Members from August 7, 2013 to August 12, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders entitled for dividend. Further, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2013. The Company has now informed the Exchange that due to unforeseen circumstances, it has been decided to refix the date of Annual General meeting as September 18, 2013 instead of August 12, 2013. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2013 to September 18, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders entitled for dividend.
