The Board of Directors of Satyam Computer Services Limited have approved the proposal to acquire stake upto 51% in the Company 'Maytas Infra Limited' by way of 31% from the promoters and make an open offer for additional 20% from the public and the price proposed to be paid to the promoters is Rs. 475 per share, the price for the open offer has been approved to be Rs. 525 per share subject to change in line with the SEBI Regulations.
