"ICRA Limited and Canara Bank have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under which ICRA will assign ratings to Small Enterprises(SEs)/Small Scale Industries (SSIs) and small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that are borrowers of the Bangalore headquartered bank. According to the MoU, the ratings assigned would be communicated along with a Rating Rationale directly to Canara Bank. The Ratings would be valid for a period of one year from the date of Rating assignment letter. As you are aware that M/s ICRA Techno Analytics Limited (ICTEAS) is one of the subsidiaries of ICRA Limited. ICTEAS has got its subsidiary incorporated in the United States of America with the name ICRA Techno Analytics, Inc. on April 16, 2007 pursuant to the New Jersey Business Corporation Act, USA.
