Exchange has sought clarification from Hind Syntex Limited with respect to an announcement submitted to the Exchange dated September 27, 2016, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2016 has inter-alia transacted the following business.1. Giving of guarantee in favour of Allahabad Bank (Lead Bank), Dena Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce (Consortium Bankers) for the credit facility to the extent of Rs. 317.81 cr granted to its associate Company.On basis of above Company are required to clarify following -1. Whether the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in this transaction? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof and whether the same is done at arms length;2. Brief details of such guarantee or indemnity or becoming a surety viz. brief details of agreement entered (if any) including significant terms and conditions;3. Impact of such guarantees or indemnity or surety on listed entity.The response of the Company is awaited.
