Board of Directors of the Company are empowered in terms of the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on June 11, 2010 to capitalize profit/reserves of the Company by way of issuance of Bonus Shares. Further the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2010 has approved the issuance of Bonus Shares in the ratio of One Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every existing One Equity Share of Re. 1/- each held by the Shareholders of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company have fixed August 11, 2010 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company for issue of Bonus Shares.30 Jul · Corporate action
