Ltd. has informed the Exchange that they propose to acquire 55,00,000 Equity shares representing 14.43% of the total paid up equity Share capital of Great Offshore Limited from the following transferors: 1) Bharat K. Sheth, 2) Ravi K. Sheth, 3) Kanaiyalal M. Sheth & 4) Jyotsna K. Sheth. The mode of proposed acquisition is by way of inter se transfer of shares amongst co-promoters and the date of proposed acquisition is between June 26, 2007 and June 30, 2007. The proposed acquisition price per share is between INR 825/- and INR 900/- to be decided on the date of the transfer according to the then ruling market price. The shareholding of Meltar Trading & Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. after the proposed acquisition would be 70,81,147 shares aggregating to 18.58% of the shares/voting rights of Great Offshore Limited.
