Gss Infotech Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2011 has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on December 30, 2011. Further the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 26, 2011 to December 30, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of taking record of eligible shareholders/ beneficial owners for payment of Dividend as may be approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from December 26, 2011 to December 30, 2011 (both days inclusive) only for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and not for Dividend entitlement (Purposed Revised).
