The major outcomes of the said Board Meeting are as under : 1) The Board recommended the dividend @ 5% for the financial year 2007-08. 2) The Board approved allotment of 9057 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 562,02,33,450 to Rs. 5620324020. 3) Accepted the resignation of Shri H K Dash, IAS, Director of the Company w.e.f. June 27, 2008.
