Last evening A.P.Moller-Maersk Group was hit as a part of a global cyber attack affecting multiple sites and business units including Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited 'the Company'. The attack has not had any major impact on the business of the Company at this point in time. Company is responding to the situation to limit the impact and uphold its port operations. We continue to assess the situation that may impact our customers and partners and will keep you updated.

Exchange has sought clarification from Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited with respect to recent news item captioned "APM terminal wants to exit Gujarat Pipavav through deal, Adani ports frontrunner to buy majority stake in Gujarat Pipavav.". In this regard, Exchange have advised the Company to provide clarification/confirmation on the news item in detail including the following: a) Whether such negotiations were taking place and b) Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading.
