Exchange has sought clarification from Global Vectra Helicorp Limited with respect to announcement dated 01-Jun-2017, that In term of Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, M/s. B S R & Co. LLP will retire as Company s Auditors at the conclusion of the ensuing Nineteenth Annual General Meeting to be held on or before September 30, 2017. In view of the aforesaid, the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, decided to appoint Kalyaniwalla & Mistry as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Nineteenth Annual General Meeting.On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) & term of appointment;2. Brief profile (in case of appointment);The response of the Company is awaited.
