      Clarification by Gemini Communication LimitedSignificant price movement has been observed in Gemini Communication Limited.The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.Gemini Communication Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The changes in the Price of the Companys Shares are merely because of the Market conditions. Further, the Company is contemplating to go for CDR and had submitted the proposals to the banks for Restructuring. This is a normal course of business and no finality has been arrived at by the banks till date".
