Finolex Cables Limited had informed the Exchange that he Company has fixed Book Closure from July 26, 2014 to August 8, 2014 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of Dividend, if any, approved by the Members in ensuing AGM. The Company has now informed that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the Directors of the Company by a Circular Resolution have decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) from August 08, 2014 to September 09, 2014. Accordingly the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will now be closed from August 30, 2014 to September 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for payment of Dividend, if any, approved by the Members in ensuing AGM.
