Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.60 (30%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each and Rs. 0.64 (32%) per Class B Shares (Series 1) of Rs. 2/- each, has been recommended by the Board of Directors. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
