Pursuant to a hearing in the Writ Petition relating to the pesticide Endosulfan, the Hon'ble Supreme Court on September 30, 2011 allowed export of the existing manufactured stock of Endosulfan Technical, subject to certain conditions. The Pesticide Industry is currently holding stock of about 1090 MT of Endosulfan Technical, which is allowed to be exported under the said order.
