      At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 23, 2008, the Board has taken on record Order dated January 11, 2008, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay approving Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Zee Interactive Learning Systems Limited and fixed February 11, 2008 as Record Date for determination of Members of the Company eligible for issuance of equity shares of Zee Interactive Learning Systems Limited (to be renamed as ETC Networks Limited) pursuant to the Scheme.
