Company in association with OJSC-SIBMOST, has bagged the prestigious orders from National Highways Authority of India Limited (NHAI) for an estimated cost Rs. 1659 Crores: (a) "4-Lanning of Muzaffarnagar-Haridwar Section of NH-58 from km 131.000 to 211.000 of NH-58 in the state of UP and Uttarakhand on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Toll Basis under NHDP III. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1007 Crore. (b) 4 laning of Haridwar-Dehradun section from km 211.000 to 218.200 of NH-58 and km 165.000 to km 196.825 of NH - 72 on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Annuity Basis under NHDP III in the state of Uttarakhand." Company has received a conversion notice from Elra Capital PLC, London through Citi Bank for converting 1 Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) of US$ 1,00,000. Accordingly the Share Allotment Committee at its meeting held on December 21, 2009 allotted 28,013 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 156.6 by conversion of Bonds worth USD 1,00,000. Further with the allotment of the above shares the equity base of the Company stand increased from present level of 17,86,900,91 (Nos) to 17,87,18,104 (Nos) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
