Easun Reyrolle Limited had informed the Exchange regarding AGM and book Closure. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Company, by oversight, has fixed the Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2011 on a Public Holiday (Ramzan). Therefore, the Directors have now decided to advance holding the Annual General Meeting for the year 2011 on August 29, 2011. Further the Company has decided to revise the Annual Book Closure dates. Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be kept closed during the period from August 23, 2011 to August 29, 2011 (both days inclusive). The Annual Book Closure is for the purpose of Annual General Meeting which is fixed on August 29, 2011 and dividend for the year 2010-11.

On 19th July, 2007, the Company obtained the Shareholders approval through Postal Ballot for sub-division of the Shares of the face value of Rs.10 each into Shares of the face value of Rs.2 each. The Company has fixed 7th August, 2007 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of sub-division of Shares, namely, determining the names of the Shareholders entitled for Shares with the face value of Rs.2 each
