Exchange has sought clarification from Ducon Infratechnologies Limited with respect to announcement dated 13-Aug-2016, regarding the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 13, 2016, the Board has : (1) Considered the appointment of Mr. Gautam Sanghvi as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 13, 2016; (2) Approved the change in Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Mr. Arun Govil , Mr. Harish Shetty and Mr. Chandrasekhar Ganesan will be the new Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Brief profile (in case of appointment);2. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise;The response of the Company is awaited.
