Allotment of 28237500 Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis allotted to non-promoters during December, 2009 and in respect of which in principal approvals were granted by Both the Stock Exchanges pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the members of the company in the Annual General Meeting held on September 07, 2009. As per the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2009 the holders of the convertible equity warrants can exercise their right for conversion into equity shares within 18 months from the date of allotment i.e. within eighteen months from the date of allotment (December 08, 2009) by paying the balance amount. However, the warrant holders have not exercised their right for conversion of the warrants in to equity shares within the time stipulated under the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2009 for preferential issue.
