Datamatics Global Services Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board has fixed Book Closure dates from September 5, 2011 to September 9, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2011, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 9, 2011. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board of Director of the Company has vide a circular resolution passed on July 12, 2011 the following resolutions: (1) To Postpone the Annual General Meeting from September 09, 2011 to September 15, 2011. (2) Accordingly the Board has changed the Book Closure dates also. Now, the Book Closure Dates are fixed from September 11, 2011 to September 15, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2011, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
