Products Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The members at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on 8th January, 2007, have approved the following: 1) Issue of warrants aggregating to not more than 12,50,000 (Twelve Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) in number, convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters / private business investors. 2) Raising of long term funds through issue of further shares in the international market in the form of Global Depository Receipts (GDR's) / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB's) or through Private placement including Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP's), etc. upto USD 25 million. 3) Revision in the remuneration of Mr. Tarun Oberoi, Managing Director. 4) Revision in the remuneration of Mr. Robin Bartholomew, Whole Time Director".
