Further the Board has also approved the date of Book Closure which is fixed from September 14, 2012 to September 21, 2012 (both days inclusive). The Company has now informed the Exchange that due to the Unavoidable circumstance the Annual General Meeting is postponed and is now proposed to be held on September 28, 2012.
