Cheslind Textiles Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board has decided to extend the FY by 6 months subject to the approval of ROC. Accordingly the Company has applied and got the ROC approval vide its letter dated April 27, 2012. Pursuant to the approval received from the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, vide letter dated April 27, 2012, the Company has decided to prepare the financial accounts for a period of 18 months instead of 12 months by extending the financial year from March 31, 2012 to September 30, 2012 (i.e. for the period from April 01, 2011 to September 30,2012).7 May · ROC approval received for extension of financial year by 6 months upto Sep 30, 2012
