Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008: 1) Board has recommended a dividend @ 20% on equity shares i.e. Rs. 2/- per equity share, for the year ended March 31, 2008. 2) The book closure was fixed for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and the payment of dividend from September 22, 2008 to September 26, 2008 (both days inclusive). 3) Mr. D G Modi, Non Executive Independent Director has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2008. Mr. Suresh Shenoy was appointed as additional director (Non Executive Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2008.
